Takk everybody for this past week-end, it was great. I didn't know North Pole was that close from Oslo And now back to the city and the trainings.
Tuesday 13/01/2015 :
we will start and focus on a short but intense exercise called "serial puncher". Trying to work on our self-control, a good part of planning and a thin slice of compass in our control exits. Then for those still hungry we will continue with a course focusing on simplification.
Skullerud, 18h30 sharp and ready
Thursday 15/01/2015 :
again, we'll start with some agility-balance-pliometry exercises and then continue with some nice intervals : 3x7x[45''/15''] P=3'
Bislett, 18h00 sharp and ready
And for those of you who want to have an idea, to picture what is a well simplified leg in orienteering, here is a link to Tero's described WOC 2004 middle distance in Sweden : http://www.ntoa.com/training/tero_worldchamps04_ch.pdf
And if you want more, I've put some documents in there : https://www.wuala.com/goldenraphti/BSK-resources/simplification/?key=u0QtDnXSYnV5
