Takk everybody for this past week-end, it was great. I didn't know North Pole was that close from Oslo And now back to the city and the trainings.
Tuesday 13/01/2015 :
we will start and focus on a short but intense exercise called "serial puncher". Trying to work on our self-control, a good part of planning and a thin slice of compass in our control exits. Then for those still hungry we will continue with a course focusing on simplification.

again, we'll start with some agility-balance-pliometry exercises and then continue with some nice intervals : 3x7x[45''/15''] P=3'
