3 sprint exercises + mass-start with forkings in Lamberseter

exercises + intervals : (3*800m-400m) + 800m R=3min between the 400m and the 800m ; and 1'30" between the 800m and the 400m Group1=600-300 ; G2 =800-400 ; G3=1000-500
18h00 ready, Bislett
This coming week-end is organised the monthly AOOK day-camp. Meeting at Bislett.
Start at 10am with 50 controls to work on the flow and schedule while running.
At 12am, talk by VM-løper Anne Johanne Lind: “Hva er sprint-hemmeligheten?"
and at 2pm, mixed relay 6x 1,2 km. Teams of 2 runners (each do 3 legs of 1,2km).
